These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of RevKeeper. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these Terms. Please read them — we've kept them practical and clear.

What RevKeeper does

RevKeeper helps you track your motorcycles, maintenance, rides and reminders, and keep your motorcycle ownership organized in one place.

Accurate data is up to you

You are responsible for entering accurate information, including mileage, maintenance tasks, service records and ride details. RevKeeper uses the data you enter to calculate reminders and show your history, so the app is only as accurate as the information you provide.

Not a substitute for professional advice

  • RevKeeper is not a replacement for professional mechanic advice.
  • RevKeeper is not a replacement for your motorcycle's owner's manual or the manufacturer's service schedule.
  • Always follow your owner's manual and guidance from qualified service professionals for maintenance, safety and repairs.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for activity that happens under your account. You can sign in with email and password, Google or Apple. Please keep your login details safe and let us know if you think your account has been compromised.

Acceptable use

When using RevKeeper, you agree not to:

  • Break the law or infringe the rights of others
  • Misuse, disrupt or attempt to break the service or its security
  • Access another person's account, or try to access data that isn't yours
  • Upload harmful, illegal or abusive content

Subscriptions and RevKeeper Pro

RevKeeper may offer paid features in the future, such as RevKeeper Pro (for example, multiple motorcycles, advanced reminders, cloud sync and advanced stats). If and when paid plans are offered, the applicable pricing and terms will be shown in the app before you purchase.

Account deletion

You can delete your account at any time from the app, or by emailing us if you can't access the app. See the Account & Data Deletion page for details. Deleting your account permanently removes your RevKeeper account and associated data.

Limitation of liability

RevKeeper is provided "as is," and we do our best to keep it reliable and useful. To the extent allowed by law, RevKeeper is not liable for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the app, including missed maintenance, inaccurate data, or decisions made based on the app. You remain responsible for maintaining and operating your motorcycle safely.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make meaningful changes, we'll update the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated Terms.
