Account & Data Deletion

You can delete your RevKeeper account and data at any time. There are two ways to do it, depending on whether you can still access the app.

Option 1 — Delete your account from the app

1. Open RevKeeper
2. Go to More
3. Open Account & Security
4. Tap Delete account
5. Type DELETE to confirm
6. Confirm deletion

Deleting your account permanently removes your RevKeeper account and associated data, including your profile, motorcycles, rides, maintenance data, reminders and profile photo.

Option 2 — If you can't access the app

Email support@getrevkeeper.com from the email address associated with your RevKeeper account and request account deletion.

What to expect

• We may ask you to verify account ownership before deleting the account.
• Deletion requests are processed within a reasonable time.
• Some limited records may be retained only where required for security, fraud prevention, legal or accounting obligations.
